Physical Night

Time: Starts at 6pm

Location: Lake Mary Prep Gymnasium

Who: LMP Students and LMP student athletes- this physical is required by FHSAA and accepted by LMP to suffice the physical requirement.

Cost: Pre-Registration $20, $25 at the door

Hello Student Athlete Families!

Attention LMP students! Register for this Year's Physical Night on Tuesday, May 13th. This event will be held at 6:00pm in the LMP Gym. Getting your physical completed at this time fulfills the school requirement for having a current physical on file and will also confirm your athletic physical clearance for the entirety of the 25-26 Sports Season. Please RSVP by Friday May 9th by clicking below to confirm your participation. 

Platinum, Gold and Silver BOOSTER CLUB MEMBERS - Please complete the form here by the end of day Friday, May 9th.

NON-Members and Burgundy, Griffin and Staff Members - Please complete the form here by the end of day Friday, May 9th.
