Swim: Practice

* Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday * Time: 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM * Please pick up your athlete no later than 5:15 PM * Minimum Swim Proficiency & Safety Requirement: To ensure the safety of all participants, students must demonstrate the ability to swim 100 meters in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke, as well as 50 meters in butterfly, including all associated turns. * Students who are unable to meet these minimum standards at this time will need to explore alternative training options, as entering deeper water or advanced lanes without these skills presents a significant safety risk to themselves and others.
